Tour Service Agreement
This agreement governs the use of CityTukTuk tour services provided TUK TUK RIDE S.L. By booking and participating in our services, the Client acknowledges and accepts all the terms outlined below.
Scope of Service
Tours cannot be altered, shortened, or simplified at the Client’s request and must always conclude at the designated starting point. The starting point cannot be changed, and it is not possible to book only part of a tour at a partial price. Using the service as general transportation solely to move from one location to another is strictly prohibited. Pets or companion animals are not allowed. Drivers who operate the tuk-tuks act as companions for tourist groups and are not professional tour guides.
Pricing, Duration and Payment
The price and duration of the service are those indicated on the website at the time of booking and follow the current price List, including applicable taxes and fees.
A service is considered booked once payment has been completed using the available payment methods.
The client agrees to be ready to begin the service at the scheduled date, time, and location. Any delays may result in a shortened tour or changes to the service. If the client is more than 20 minutes late, the activity will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
The client is responsible for paying any fines, penalties, or charges arising from misuse of the service or violations of applicable laws, as well as any legal or administrative costs incurred by TUK TUK RIDE S.L as a result.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no prior notice are non-refundable.
Tours will operate in rainy or hot weather, except in cases of extreme conditions. If external circumstances such as road closures or demonstrations prevent the tour from taking place, no refund will be provided.
Booking errors regarding the number of tuk-tuks that are discovered only at the start of the tour, or itinerary changes due to unexpected obstacles, are not eligible for refunds.
Conduct During the Tour
Drivers have the right to refuse or terminate the tour if the following rules are violated:
Clients must use the vehicle responsibly, following traffic regulations and the driver’s instructions. Assigned seats cannot be changed, and clients must remain seated unless instructed otherwise.
Movements or actions that could interfere with the vehicle’s operation or cause discomfort to other passengers are prohibited. Arms, legs, or objects must not be extended outside the vehicle.
Clients must behave respectfully towards other passengers, pedestrians, and the driver, avoiding shouting, offensive language, or disruptive behavior.
All vehicle furniture and equipment must be treated with care.
Actions that distract the driver or attempts to reach the vehicle controls are forbidden. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on board. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Any unsafe or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of the service.
Liability
TUK TUK RIDE S.L. is not responsible for damages arising from misuse of the service, delays, or external circumstances beyond the company’s control. Clients assume full responsibility for any accidents or incidents caused by failure to comply with the rules outlined in this agreement.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by Spanish law, and any disputes arising in relation to this agreement shall be submitted to the competent courts of Seville, Spain.
