In which languages is the tour available?
Our drivers can offer the tour in English or Spanish.
How many passengers can ride in a tuk tuk?
Each CityTukTuk vehicle is designed to carry up to 4 people. If your group is larger, you’re welcome to book several tuk tuks so everyone can travel together.
Is there a minimum age?
Children from 2 years old are allowed to join the tour and following safety guidelines.
Can I bring a pet?
For safety reasons, animals and pets are unfortunately not permitted on our tours.
What do you recommend bringing with me?
We recommend you to bring your phone or camera for photos. Our guides are happy to help take pictures during the trip.
Are tours still available in winter, rainy or windy weather?
Can I bring luggage or large items?
No. Tuk tuks are not designed to transport big objects like suitcases, large strollers, or wheelchairs.
Where is the meeting point?
SABA Parking Plaza de Armas, Calle Marqués de Paradas. Meeting point is inside the parking. Walk down the stairs to Floor -1. We’ll meet you in front of the stairway. You can always reach us by phone: +34 604 96 73 74.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No printing required — simply show the ID you used when making the reservation.
What if I arrive late?
In the event of a delay, the tour time may be adjusted based on the time lost, and the route may be modified accordingly. If the delay is longer than 20 minutes, the tour will be cancelled and no refund will be provided.
